We are always negotiating our prices with various different shipping agencies - in order to offer YOU the best deal possible! Our smaller items can be shipped with regular Postal Service, however our Handpan Cases & Guitar Cases are considered oversized in regular mail. Hence, we ship our larger items with UPS - we have a business account with them which gives us the largest discounts possible and always reliable tracking information.

Everything that goes out the door of the Panji Shop is in top quality condition. If you for some reason do not like your case, or it was the wrong size, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However, the customer is solely responsible for any return shipping costs. We require that all items come back to us in the same tip top shape as it was sent out. We ask you to package the item the same way we did. Once we have got the item back - in unused condition - we will process the refund.
Custom Bags (custom art, custom logos etc) are non-refundable. We will keep you close in the loop of the making of your special case, so you have the chance to come with comments along the way. Once it has been approved and gone out our door, it is non-refundable.
If it was damaged during shipping, you have to ship it back within 2 business days. We will replace the case for free.
