'Everything consists of rhythm - the material of all that we experience as our physical reality, are layers of woven rhythms. The pulse of existence vibrates in all. Every piece seems alone, but all there is is all-one.

With every breath, the food we eat, everything we see and hear... we take the world in. And we constantly release parts of ourselves to it - our skin renews, our hair falls out... We literally are one big chunk of existence. Only our intellect separates things. Our breath and heartbeat (and many more simultaneously ongoing rhythms within our body) are free of intellect. The force that moves all that is rhythm.

To me, playing music became something like a prayer, worshipping life. Making some of the infinite layers of existence hearable - wow.'
